Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Bridgework Systems website and inquiry form. Project-specific terms are covered in individual project agreements signed before work begins.

This website is provided as-is for informational purposes and to facilitate business inquiries. You may use the inquiry form or email us to discuss your business needs. Don't use the website for anything illegal or to submit intentionally false information.

The contact form asks for your name, your email, and the biggest challenge you’re trying to solve, with optional questions about your business, what you’ve already tried, and your timing. A successful submission confirms that your inquiry was saved; it does not confirm email delivery, reserve project time, or create a project agreement. Do not include passwords, credentials, or private customer records in an inquiry.

All project work is governed by a separate agreement that covers scope, timeline, pricing, deliverables, intellectual property, and any applicable confidentiality or compliance requirements. No project work begins without a signed agreement.

You receive the agreed custom code and deliverables under your project agreement, including its payment and handover terms. Your business data remains yours; third-party services retain their own licenses and terms. Ownership, licensing, and any permission to share project material belong in the project agreement.

Your proposal and project agreement set out the included support and any ongoing care. Before launch, we agree who handles hosting, monitoring, backups, and security updates. Project-specific responsibilities and limitations belong in that agreement.

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
