The short version
We use the information you choose to provide to understand your project and respond to you. The contact form saves your inquiry when it confirms receipt. Newsletter and checklist signups are kept separate from project inquiries. We do not sell your information.
What we collect
Project inquiries: The contact form asks for your name, your email, and the biggest challenge you’re trying to solve. You can also give us a phone number and tell us the kind of business you run, your business name, what you’ve already tried, and why now is the right time. If you arrive from one of our pages for a type of business, the kind of business may be preselected; you can change it. We save the inquiry with a reference and received time, and use an email service to notify our team when configured. The short contact form does not send your answers to an AI service.
Contact information: Submitting the form sends its contents to our server. We show a receipt only after the inquiry has been saved. If receipt cannot be confirmed, the page keeps your entered details and offers an email draft that you can review and send yourself. Project inquiries do not subscribe you to marketing emails, and we use a phone number only to talk with you about your inquiry.
Technical information: Our hosting provider processes request information needed to serve and protect the site. The inquiry endpoint uses a short-lived hash derived from your IP address for basic submission limits; the raw IP address is not included in the saved inquiry. The newsletter and checklist signup keeps your IP address for up to an hour to limit repeated signups; it is not saved with your email address. A simple source tag can record whether you arrived through a Bridgework business card. We do not save an arbitrary referring URL with the inquiry.
Earlier guided-intake records: The former guided intake is no longer accepting public submissions. Existing records may include contact details, answers, briefs, attachments, and intake activity. That intake used Anthropic to process conversations. Contact us about access to or deletion of an earlier record.
Newsletter and checklists: If you subscribe to Bridgework Notes or request a checklist on one of our pages, we save your email address, signup date, the first signup or checklist you used, country, and device category. Checklist requests join the same list as Bridgework Notes, kept separate from project inquiries. A checklist is shown on the page once your signup is confirmed, and your browser remembers that the checklists are open until you close the tab; it does not store your email address. We do not send an automated email today. To unsubscribe or have your record deleted, email us and we’ll remove it.

Client project data
Access to client systems, confidentiality, data use, handover, and retention for a commissioned project are addressed in the project agreement. The short website inquiry form is intended for an introduction; it is not a channel for passwords or confidential customer records.
Third-party services
We use Cloudflare to host the site and store inquiries and signups, and Resend for configured inquiry notifications. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. These providers receive the information needed to supply their respective services. Earlier guided-intake conversations used Anthropic; the current short inquiry form does not.
Your rights
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided. Tell us the email address or project reference associated with your request so we can locate the relevant records and respond.
